Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sun 17 Sept 2017 until 22 Dec 2017, Sun – Fri; subject to availability.
• Excludes 15 – 22 Oct 2017.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 30 Nov 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• A valid debit or credit card is required to hold as security and secure all bookings.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am. 
• Double or twin standard room in Auchrannie House Hotel or Auchrannie Spa Resort; you will be given the option of which building you would like to stay in at time of booking.
• Please note rooms are subject to availability and allocated on a first come first served basis.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: executive room from £20 or suites from £60; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Options 3 and 4 inc a £22.50pp dinner allowance towards food only in any of the 3 restaurants on site: Cruize Bar Brasserie, Brambles Seafood Grill, Eighteen69 Scottish Tapas. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options available; menus are subject to change.
• Child dinner allowances are: ages 0 - 10 years £6.15 and ages 11 - 17 years £12.95. 
• Includes access to leisure facilities, mini bus transfers to and from Brodick ferry terminal (must be pre-booked) & playbarn access for children under 10yrs.
• Between 4 - 7 Dec and 11 - 14 Dec one of the 2 swimming pools will be closed for essential maintenance works. This will not affect the other swimming pool which will be open as normal.
• Max of 3 children permitted and require the following supplementary charges: ages 0 - 17 years room only option is £8pp and DBB options: ages 0 - 2 years £8.65pp, ages 3 - 10 years £14.65pp and ages 11 - 17 years £18.95pp; payable directly to hotel.
• Max of 2 dogs permitted and require a supplementary charge of £10 per dog per night (max £30 per stay). Please advise hotel at time of booking to be allocated a dog friendly room.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
