• Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Oct 2021 until Thu 30 Dec 2021, 7 days 10am - 6pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 3-5, 9-11, 17-18, 24-26 Sep, 1-2, 9-10, 31 Oct, 1-13, 15, 18 Nov and 24-26 Dec 2021.
• A supplementary charge of £10 per person is required for Saturdays and Sundays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 1 Dec 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 4 per group; subject to availability.
• Over 16s only.
• Treatment includes a warming paraffin wax back treatment followed by a relaxing back massage plus robes and slippers.
• Treatment cannot be substituted.
• Includes access to relaxation room and leisure facilities. Please note indoor & outdoor hot tub are subject to government guidelines; updates can be found here.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Includes a light lunch consisting of soup and sandwich from menu; menu is subject to change. Vegetarian and vegan options available; please advise spa at time of booking.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
