• Voucher is valid from Thu 5 Jan 2023 until Tue 28 Feb 2023, Tue - Wed 9.30am - 5.30pm, Thu 9.30am - 6.30pm, Fri 9am - 5pm and Sat 9am - 4pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Mondays & Sundays.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 14 Feb 2023 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Tel or email bookings only. Online bookings will not be accepted.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases not permitted.
• Not valid for any existing pre-booked appointments or with any existing loyalty offers.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Offer is only valid for salon colour technician, not colour specialist.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Treatment duration: approx. 3 hours.
• Please note no cut is included within pricing. Members can upgrade to include cut, please discuss direct.
• A consultation and patch test is required at least 48 hours prior to treatment; please discuss directly with salon.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
