Small print

• Voucher is valid until Sat 31 Jul 2021, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 1 Dec 2020 - 2 Jan, 2- 5 Apr, 2-3 & 30-31 May 2021.
• A supplementary charge of £20 per room per night is required for Fridays and Saturdays stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 30 Jun 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.
• Double or twin standard room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: superior room £30, deluxe room £30 or Lennox suite (honeymoon) £60; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge, subject to availability; please discuss directly with Dumfries Arms Hotel.
• Includes 2 course dinner from set menu choosing a starter and main course each; menu is subject to change. Vegetarian options are available; no gluten / wheat free options available. Max of 6 people per table.
• Max of 2 children permitted; under 2’s stay free of charge, including cots. Ages 2-14yrs are additional £25 per child including breakfast; please discuss and pay directly to Dumfries Arms Hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access is available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
