• Voucher is valid until 31st January 2012. 7 days a week; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24th December 2011 to 3rd January 2012; subject to availability.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used for consecutive night stays.
• Check in 2pm, check out 11am.
• Voucher based on a Classic Twin/Double room which doesn't accommodate children, guests can pay room upgrade to next level.
• Estate rooms are an additional £20 per room per night (this accommodates 1 child on a fold away bed).
• Deluxe King rooms are an additional £50 per room per night (this accommodates up to 2 children on a fold away bed).
• Upgrades to be arranged directly with the hotel.
• Dogs allowed at an additional charge of £10.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your stay.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
