• Valid from Mon 9 Dec 2019 until Mon 30 Dec 2019; 7 days; subject to availability.  Excludes 13 & 14 Dec 2019. 
• A supplementary charge of £40 is required for stays on Sat 21 Dec and £10 is required for stays on Fri 27 & Sat 28 Dec 2019; payable directly to hotel. 
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 16 Dec 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• August - November (options 3 & 4)
• Valid from Sun 25 Aug 2019 until Sun 1 Dec 2019, August: Sun – Thur only, excludes Fri-Sat; Sep-Nov: Sun-Mon only, excludes Tue-Sat; subject to availability. 
• Excludes 20 Oct and 3 – 4 Nov 2019. 
• A supplementary charge of £15 is required for stays on the 2, 9, 16 29 Sept and 6 Oct 2019; payable directly to hotel.  Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 8 Nov 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• September - November (options 5 & 6)
• Valid from Tue 10 Sept 2019 until Wed 27 Nov 2019, Tue – Thur; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Fri – Mon and 24 – 26 Sept, 7, 19 – 20 Nov 2019.  
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 13 Nov 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• Online bookings only.
• Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-refundable. You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel or re-schedule within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Please note: access to the roof top bar is on a first come first served basis and cannot be guaranteed.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon.
• Standard king or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a superior room for a supplementary charge of £15 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Options 2, 4 & 6: Includes breakfast and 2 x 330ml WEST beers in the room on arrival; alcohol cannot be substituted for a soft drink.
• Max of 1 child permitted; children are classed as ages 16 and under and stay free of charge when sharing with parents. Children ages 12 and under eat breakfast free when accompanied by at least one adult staying at a BB rate and eat dinner free when accompanied by at least one adult paying full price for dinner; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Max of 1 dog up to 15kg permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
