• Voucher is valid until 30th Apr 2015, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Voucher excludes 25th, 26th & 30th Dec-1st Jan 2015. 
• Vouchers must be booked by 31st Jan or you risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• Check in from 3pm, check out 12noon.
• Max of 2 dogs permitted; additional £15 per pet.
• Children permitted; family rooms are available for 3 people for additional £15 per night, 4 people for additional £20 per night or 5 people for additional £25 per night. Max of 3 children (under 12 years old) depending on room size. Meals paid for as taken.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted and can be used for consecutive nights stay.
• Complimentary room upgrades are subject to availability. 
• Dinner is from the table d'hote menu, supplements may apply for additional courses or to eat from the a la carte menu. Menu is subject to change and availability. 
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel before 2pm the day before you are due to arrive. 
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
