Brow lamination: duration approx 1hr. Treatment benefits last approx 4 - 6 weeks. Patch test is required 48 hours in advance.

Gel manicure: duration approx 1hr 30 mins. Treatment benefits last up to 2 weeks dependent on maintenance.

Eyelash lift and tint: duration approx 1hr 30 mins. Treatment benefits last 4 - 6 weeks. Patch test is required 48 hours in advance.

Massage: duration approx 55 mins - 1hr 25 mins. Massage can be adapted for pregnancy and breastfeeding after the first trimester. Scalp massage: must be over 12 weeks pregnant and not receiving cancer treatment. Please contact salon directly to discuss any concerns in advance of booking.

Brow lamination and gel manicure have a minimum age of 12yrs; 12 - 18yr olds must be accompanied by a guardian.

Eyelash lift and tint and massage have a minimum age of 16yrs; 16 - 18yr olds must be accompanied by a guardian.

Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.

Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
