- Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 14 Nov 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
- You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

- Massage duration: approx. 30mins.
- Cut and blow dry duration: approx. up to 1hr.
- Massage and deluxe facial duration: approx. 1hr 15mins.
- Colour, cut and blow dry duration: approx. 2hrs 30mins; a patch test is required prior to appointment, please discuss directly with salon.
- Back, neck and shoulder massage, mini facial and pedicure duration: approx. 1hr 30mins.
- Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
- No wheelchair access available.
- The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
- The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
- Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
