• Voucher is valid until Sat 30 Jun 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes Mon 6.30pm, 8.30pm, Wed 6.30pm and Sat 11am.
• Please check timetable for available class times here. Please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes before the class.
• Advance booking is not required.
• Duration: approx. 45 – 90 mins depending on class.
• Max of 50 people per class; places are on a first come first served basis, please arrive early.
• Multiple purchases are not permitted.
• Over 16’s only.
• Mat and towel hire is free for the first class and then £1 each to hire unless you bring your own; payable directly to Bikram Yoga Southside.
• Valid for 30 consecutive days from the first class; unlimited classes can be attended during this period. Up to 3 classes available per day.
• Suitable for all levels of fitness.
• Please discuss any medical concerns with your doctor and inform teacher before class.
• Not suitable for those who are pregnant unless practicing before pregnancy.
• Recommended clothing: Light fabrics such as Lycra are ideal as cotton is bulky and restricts movement when wet. Women - sports tops and bottoms. Men - shorts.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
