• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Feb 2023 until Fri 30 Jun 2023, valid Mon & Tue 10am - 5:30pm, Wed &  Sat 9am - 5:30pm, Thu 9am - 8:30pm, Fri 9am - 6pm & Sun 10am - 5:30pm; subject to availability.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 June 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Option 1: duration approx. 45 mins.
• Option 2 duration: approx. 2hrs.
• Option 3 duration: approx. 2hrs 15 mins.
• For colour treatments a patch test is required 48 hours in advance; please discuss directly with the salon.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
