• Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Nov 2021 until Mon 28 Feb 2022, valid Sat - Tue 10am - 5.30pm, Wed & Sat 9am - 5.30pm and Thu - Fri 9am - 8.30pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Excludes 1 Dec 2021 - 5 Jan 2022.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 7 Feb 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Members must be 18+ to receive the complimentary glass of fizz.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Option 1 duration: approx 1hr. Blow dry lasts up to 5 days depending on lifestyle and maintenance.
• Option 2 duration: approx 1hr - 3hrs. Treatment lasts from 4 weeks up to several months depending on lifestyle and maintenance.
• For colour treatments a patch test is required 48 hours in advance; please discuss directly with the salon.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
