• Voucher is valid until Sun 31 Jul 2016, Mon – Sun; subject to availability.
• £20 supplement for Saturday stays.
• Advanced booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Jul 2016 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel your booking; bookings cannot be amended or cancelled once made.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on multiple nights.
• Check in 2pm, check out 1pm. 
• Double or twin standard room available. 
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 2 includes dinner on the first night only.
• 2 course dinner is a starter and main or main and dessert. Menu is seasonal and subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Dishes that require a supplementary charge payable directly to hotel are: Starters: Crispy coasted coconut prawns £3, Parma ham & sweet cantaloupe melon £3. Mains: Chargrilled 8oz rib eye steak £10, Rump of lamb £8 and Baked Fillet of Hake £6. Desserts: selection of cheese & biscuits £3.

• Children are permitted; supplement for a family room will be £20 and meals for children will be charged as chosen. Up to 2 children in family room, family rooms are subject to availability; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Children aged 15 years and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times to ensure that the children's behaviour is appropriate for other guests within the Hotel.
• Health and leisure facilities: Children aged 15 years and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times and they are not permitted to use gymnasium and sun bed/tanning equipment.
• Under 5's are excluded from the gymnasium, sauna, spa pools, tanning and solaria areas at all times. Under 5's must be accompanied in the swimming pool by an adult at all times.
• In the interests and safety of children, some health and leisure clubs may be subject to specific time allocations for use of the facilities by children. Please check with the Hotel beforehand.
• Sorry, no pets permitted.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
