If your item is not suitable, please email orders@bonniehame.co.uk with your order details. You will then be sent a returns form to be completed. You can then send the product back in an unused, resalable condition including all original packaging, within 14 days of receipt, and you will be entitled to a refund or replacement.

You will be responsible for the cost of return. We recommend that you use an insured, reputable delivery company as Bonnie Hame cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.
