• Voucher is valid from Thu 1 Jun until Thu 30 Nov 2023, Mon - Fri 12noon - 6pm, Sat 9am - 8pm & Sun 9am - 6pm; subject to availability.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 2 Nov 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Non-refundable once booked; bookings can be moved if needed, without charge.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for all ages; 5+ recommended for some activates.
• Option 1: Duration approx. 2 hrs.
• Option 2: Duration approx. 1.5 hrs (1 hour laser play & 30min for food). Party area not included or laser experience
• Max of 10 people per group/activity.
• Option 1: Includes socks.
• Option 2: Party area or private laser combat experience not included. Voucher booking will be mixed with other bookings. 
• Option 1: Includes food & drinks package with Rollover hot dogs, chocolate bars & unlimited Slushee bar.
• Option 2: Includes food & drinks package with Rollover hot dogs, chocolate bars & a can of soft drink.
• The venue does not recommended the activity for those over 18 stone.
• No wheelchair access available. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
