• Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Oct 2019 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, Mon - Fri 6pm – 9pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturdays & Sundays and 20 Dec 2019 – 3 Jan 2020.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 28 Feb 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only. 
• Max of 10 people per group; subject to availability.
• Facilities are not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission.  
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.  
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa. 
• Duration approx. 2hrs.

• Includes access to leisure facilities: hydrotherapy pool, gym, pool, sauna, steam room & hot tub.
• Includes 2 courses from set menu; subject to change. Max of 10 people per table. Tables may be required back after 1hr 30mins. Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options are available. Meal will be served in The Plumpy Duck.
• Includes 125ml glass of Prosecco each; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
