Small print

• Option 1 voucher is valid from Sun 2 Dec 2018 until Fri 29 Mar 2018, Sun - Fri, 10am – 5pm; subject to availability. A supplementary charge of £7.50 per person is required for Sunday bookings; payable directly to spa. Excludes Saturdays.
• Option 2 voucher is valid from Sun 1 Dec 2018 until Fri 29 Mar 2019, 7 days, 10am – 6pm; subject to availability. A supplementary charge of £10 per person is required for Saturdays and Sundays bookings; payable directly to spa.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 8 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; Option 1: max of 2 per group and option 2: max of 4 per group.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Over 16s only.
• Option 1 includes afternoon tea with a 125ml glass of bubbly; afternoon tea is served in the Plumpy Duck Restaurant.
• Option 2 includes a 2 course lunch with a 125ml glass of bubbly each. Lunch is served in the Spa Lounge and is a choice of starter and main or main and dessert each; menu is subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options available; please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Option 2 includes a choice of 50 minute treatment: salt & oil body polish, personalised massage or personalised facial; not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission. Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa at time of booking. 
• Includes access to leisure facilities: gym, pool, sauna, steam room & hot tub.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
