Small print

• Voucher is valid until Wed 28 Feb 2018, Sun – Thur (check-in Sun – Wed only); subject to availability.
• Excludes Friday, Saturday, 15 – 28 Oct, 21-31 Dec 2017, 1- 6 Jan and 11- 14 Feb 2018.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 31 Jan 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases are not permitted.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Option 1: Glen Grant, Glen Moray or Tamdhu camping pods only; can accommodate up to four people. A supplementary charge of £10 is required per additional adult or £7 per additional child; payable directly to Braehead Glamping and Camping.
• Option 2: Glenfarclas camping pod only; max of 2 adults and 2 children.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with Braehead Glamping and Camping at time of booking.
• Includes electricity.
• Facilities onsite include The Bothy Barn which is a communal area with cooking facilities, dining area, a log burner and clothes drying facilities. 
• Please note bedding is not included; please bring your own bedding or can be hired for a supplementary charge per person per stay of £3 per sleeping bag (children will be given sleeping bags unless specified) and £6 per adult or child for duvet and pillows; please discuss with and pay directly to Braehead Glamping and Camping.
• Please note noise levels should be kept down after 10pm and music can only be played in your own pod or in the Bothy at a reasonable level.
• Smoking is not permitted in the camping pods, Bothy or toilet/shower blocks.
• Cooking and open flames are not permitted in the camping pods.
• Each Pod includes an outdoor fire pit; firewood for can be bought on site for £5 per starter box, this includes fire lighters and kindling. Any additional firewood can be bought at £4 per box; you are not permitted to bring your own firewood onto the site.
• Children ages 16 and under permitted and under 2’s stay free.
• Max of 1 dog permitted at a supplementary charge of £5 per night; payable directly to Braehead Glamping and Camping. Dogs should not be left unattended in the camping pods.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
