• Voucher is valid until Sun 30 Jun 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £20 per room per night is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 Jun 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 1pm.
• Double or twin Signature king room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: corporate £10, one bedroom suite £25; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a bottle of Prosecco on arrival; can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Max of 2 children ages 12 and under permitted in an upgraded family room for a supplementary charge of £25. Breakfast is not included and can be added from £5 per child. Ages 12+ require an additional £25 per person; payable directly to hotel.
• Max of 2 pets permitted in selected rooms at a supplementary charge of £10 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Onsite parking available at £12 per car per night.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
