Luxury Dining

Today’s deal will give you the chance to sample some truly outstanding food with a two course lunch for two comprising of a starter of roulade of chicken and ham, mixed herbs and raisin puree and a main of medallion of scotch beef, dauphinoise potato and red wine sauce. You’ll also get a glass of Prosecco each.
 
Alternatively with today’s second purchase option you can choose a four course lunch or dinner for two with amuse bouche, starter of rosette sausage, shavings of parmesan and white truffle dressing, main of confit lamb fillet, spinach, wild mushrooms and rosemary jus and a decadent dessert of vanilla crème brûlée.

Brian Maule trained with the Roux brothers in France before taking up post as head chef in their Michelin starred London restaurant and then going on to open his own award-winning fine dining venue in Glasgow ten years ago. He's since secured his position as one of the UK's finest chefs and in 2012 was named Scottish Chef of the Year, and won the Best 'Posh Nosh' award at the Glasgow Restaurant Awards.

Brian Maule at Chardon d’Or is renowned for being one the finest in Scotland and has also been voted Restaurant of the Year at the 2013 SLTN Awards. The menu of fine Scottish produce with a French twist has gained foodie fans from all over the world.
