Today’s deal will see you and up to three friends tuck into a tasty two-course meal at the fabulous Brisbane House. You’ll be dining in the hotel’s spectacular restaurant which boasts modern surrounds, beautiful panoramic views and a delicious menu to boot. You’ll finish off your meal with your choice of tea or coffee while you relax and soak in the views for a perfect evening.

- Chicken liver parfait with crisp salad, red onion marmalade and toasted brioche bread
- Pan seared scallops with cauliflower purée, pancetta lardons and sweet pea shoots (£2.00 supplement)
- Chicken Balmoral stuffed with haggis on a bed of creamy mash, served with seasonal vegetables and finished with a rich pepper sauce
