• Voucher is valid until 31st Juy, 2015; 7 Days 11am-7pm; subject to availability.
• Voucher must be booked by 15th July 2015 or you risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Group bookings permitted; max of 3 vouchers. 
• Voucher is valid for the afternoon tea menu only.
• 125ml glass of Prosecco each; can be substituted for a soft drink .
• Vegetarian, gluten and wheat free options available; please advise Burnhouse Manor at time of booking. 
• Children permitted until 9pm.
• Wheelchair accessible. 
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
