• Voucher is valid until Thur 26 Mar 2020, Tue – Thur 9.30am – 8.30pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Fridays – Mondays.
• Advance booking required. Option 1 voucher must be booked by Fri 31 Jan 2020. Option 2 voucher: first session must be booked by Fri 31 Jan 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases not permitted; one voucher can be redeemed per member.
• Over 16s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding.
• Treatment is not suitable for those going through cancer treatment. 5 years in remission is required before commencing CACI treatments. 
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Treatment duration: approx. 60 mins per session.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
