Small print

• Voucher is valid until 5th June 2015; subject to availability.
• Hire is available Sun-Tues OR Wed-Fri.
• Reservations must be made by 24th May 2015 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Pick up 8am, drop off 3pm.
• A refundable £200 cash deposit is required. This will be refunded in full when dropped off if no internal or external damage; at full discretion of On the Go Campers.
• Campervans will be provided with a full tank of diesel and must be returned as such.
• Drivers must be between the ages of 25 and 75 with at least 2 years driving experience and have no more than 6 points on their licence or any serious offence.
• Includes fully comprehensive insurance at £500 excess, this can be reduced to £0 excess taking the Collision damage waiver at £15 per day.
• The following can be hired at a supplementary charge: towels £5pp, pillows £5pp, portable DVD player £5 per day (max. £20 per rental) and GPS £5 per day (max. £20 per rental).
• Max of 1 child permitted - they must be included in head count (max of 2 people per van). Child seats must be provided by you if required.
• Max of 2 pets permitted at £10 per pet - arrange with On the Go Campers.
• Van pick up is at On the Go Campers, your car can be left there during your trip away.
• You can extend your hire for £60 per night - arrange with On the Go Campers.
• Multiple voucher purchases are not permitted.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your hire.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
