Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Nov 2021 until Mon 28 Feb 2022, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 Jan 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 30 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 2 per person. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Collection 3pm, drop off 11am.
• A security deposit of £750 for those aged 23/24yrs, £500 for those aged 25-75yrs and £1000 for those aged 21-23yrs and 75-79 is required; payable directly. Fully comprehensive insurance is included.
• Bedding included. Please note that towels are not included.
• Upon collection each camper will be supplied with a full tank of diesel and must be returned with a full tank of diesel or a supplementary charge will apply.
• Van sleeps 4. Children permitted and included in the headcount.
• Pets permitted free of charge. A £30 cleaning fee is required for pet bookings; payable directly.
• No wheelchair access available 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
