Small print

• Voucher is valid from Fri 4 Jan 2019 until Fri 15 Feb 2019, Mon – Fri 2pm – 6pm, Sat 10am – 7pm and Sun 11am – 6pm; subject to availability.
• Please note Saturdays are one of the busiest days; queues may be expected.
• Advance booking not required.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Child ticket is valid for ages 5 – 17 years and adult ticket is valid for ages 18+. Ticket for ages 4 and under can be purchased on the day for £3 per child; payable directly to venue.
• Maximum of 2 under 4s per adult on the ice rink.
• Children ages 9 years and under must be accompanied by an adult on the ice. Children ages 10 – 12 years must be supervised by an adult, either on the ice rink or from the viewing platform.
• Family ticket is valid for 2 adults and 2 children or 1 adult and 3 children.
• Duration approx. 1hr with 45 - 50 mins on the ice; includes skate fitting time.
• Max of 10 people per group.
• Members must be in good health and be able to skate on the ice safely.

• Recommended clothing: waterproofs, hats, gloves and spare socks.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Please note in adverse weather, Life may have to close the rink and reserve the right to close early. Please check the website for more information before your visit.
• Management reserve the right to refuse entry.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
