• Voucher is valid Mon 1 Apr 2019 until Sat 29 Jun 2019, Mon – Sat 10am – 7pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sundays.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 7 Jun 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Option 1 is suitable during pregnancy / breastfeeding and suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Option 2 is not suitable during pregnancy / breastfeeding and not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Dermaplaning duration: approx 30 mins.
• Facial duration:  approx. 30mins however may increase to 45 mins with problematic skin.
• Option 2 includes a choice of facial from the following: Alumier detox clear or Alumier vitamin A boost or ZO Obaji stimulator peel. Members can upgrade to the following for a supplementary charge of £10: Alumier radiant 30 facial or Alumier radiant 20/10; payable directly to salon.
• Treatments may require some downtime due to redness or peeling; please discuss with practitioner at time of booking.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
