Cottiers is a fabulous church conversion in Hyndland combining a theatre, bar and restaurant surrounded by a small garden and stone terraces.
Employing a fresh Scottish approach, Cottiers has created a menu that will dazzle even the fussiest of Glaswegian diners.
With today’s first purchase option for the bar downstairs, you can choose from Cottiers' own hand pressed beef burgers, chips, salad and salsa; Mull cheddar and chive macaroni with chips and salad; classic chicken Caesar salad; or warm goats cheese salad with pepper, courgette, pine nuts and balsamic glaze.
Go for purchase option two (served in the restaurant), and have your steak knives at the ready to devour a succulent 8oz rib-eye steak each served with straw fries, roast tomato, flatcap mushrooms and your choice of garlic butter or peppercorn sauce.
And if you feel like pushing the boat out, then reel in today’s third purchase option, again served in the restaurant, to add a handful of whole tiger prawns to your steak dinner for a scrumptious surf and turf feast.
Cottiers Restaurant features shimmering gold ceilings, salvaged church chairs and bespoke gilt mirrors, while the downstairs bar boasts a roaring log fire that makes it the perfect place for a cosy catch up.
