• Voucher is valid from Thu 1 Jul 2021 until Thu 30 Sep 2021, Sun - Fri, 9am - 6pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Excludes Saturdays.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 1 Sep 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.
• Over 16s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Massage duration: approx. 90 mins.
• Afternoon tea can be taken between 12noon and 4pm; menu is subject to change. Tables may be required back after 1hr 30mins. Max 2 vouchers per table.
• Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise restaurant at time of booking. A supplementary charge is required for the following: £5pp for gluten free options, 35p for takeaway boxes; payable directly.
• Includes a bespoke cocktail and a 125ml glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be substituted for a soft drink.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
