• Voucher is valid from Mon 3 Jul 2023 until Sat 30 Sep 2023; Voucher must be booked by Fri 22 Sep 2023.
• Renfield St: Wed - Fri 12noon, 1.45pm & 3.30pm and Sat - Sun 12noon only; subject to availability. Excludes Mon-Tue.
• Merchant City: Mon - Fri 12noon, 1.45pm & 3.30pm and Sat - Sun 12noon only; subject to availability. 
• Online bookings only. No telephone bookings will be accepted.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max of 4 per person.
• Max of 4 vouchers per table. Maximum of 8 people per group.
• Afternoon tea menu only; subject to change.
• Vegetarian, vegan and gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Please note a 35p charge will apply for takeaway boxes.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
