• Voucher is valid from Wed 22 Nov 2023 until Sun 7 Jan 2024, Mon - Fri 12noon, 1:45pm or 3:30pm, Sat - Sun 12noon only; subject to availability.
• Excludes 25 Dec 2023 & 1 Jan 2024.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 20 Dec 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only. No telephone bookings will be accepted.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max of 4 per person.
• Max of 4 vouchers per table. Maximum of 8 people per group.
• Afternoon tea menu only; subject to change.
• Vegetarian, vegan and gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Please note a 35p charge will apply for takeaway boxes.
• Includes a glass of Prosecco or mulled wine each plus unlimited choice of tea or coffee per person. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Table required back by 1hr 30mins.
• Wheelchair access available.

• Advance booking required.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
