• Voucher is valid from Thur 26 Sep 2019 until Tue 26 Nov 2019, Tue & Fri 9am - 6pm and Wed & Thur 9am - 9pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturdays - Mondays.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 12 Nov 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple purchases are permitted; max of 2 per person.
• Suitable for all ages.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 2 per group; subject to availability.
• Suitable during pregnancy and breastfeeding and suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Duration: approx. 45mins.
• Appointments are not available with creative directors.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
