We booked the bus transfers, Newcastle and Amsterdam, seemless and straight to and from the ferry.
The food on board in the a la carte restaurant was amazing.
We had the breakfast buffet which had a good variety.
I would suggest prepaying as it's cheaper.
I probably wouldn't have the bunk beds again, bit of a challenge. We thought we'd try it and see. Having an inside cabin was fine as you're sleeping overnight and there's not a lot to see.
We were lucky the crossings were smooth. That's more down to luck with the weather.
There was a decent duty free shop, several bars with entertainment and the staff were all very helpful and friendly.
Body wash and soap applied in the cabin with towels. You will need a travel adapter for electrical goods.
Never tried anything like this before, pleasantly surprised. Ferry was very clean both in the cabin, communal areas and toilets. -

What an amazing experience. The ferry journey was great with lots to do on board. Slept like a baby, even when the waters were choppy on the way home. Fault free check in, boarding, departing and arriving. Only small complaint was that only the people who have paid for breakfast are allowed in the area, therefore I was turned away despite the fact I don't eat breakfast and just wanted to keep my husband company.
