Postage charged at £15 for Europe per item and £25 for worldwide per item. London same day delivery £20 per item; postage payable to Dower and Hall. For orders over £50, postage is free.

In the event of goods being returned, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items. We will refund the voucher cost within 14 days of receiving your returned goods.

Dower and Hall cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Bespoke and engraved items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless they are faulty.
