Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Oct 2018 until Sat 22 Dec 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £20 per room per night is required of Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 3 Dec 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.
• Double or twin standard room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: superior room £20, deluxe room £30 or Lennox suite (honeymoon) £60; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge, subject to availability; please discuss directly with Dumfries Arms Hotel.
• Includes a glass of Prosecco on arrival and a 2 course dinner from set menu choosing a starter and main course each; menu is subject to change. Alcohol cannot be substituted for a soft drink. A supplementary charge per person is required for the following: crispy king prawn tempura £3 and steak £8; payable directly to hotel. Option 2 dinner is on the first night only.
• Children permitted; under 2’s stay free of charge including cots. Ages 2-14 years old are additional £25 per child including breakfast; please discuss and pay directly to Dumfries Arms Hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
