• Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Oct 2021 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Excludes 29 Oct - 14 Nov and 1 Dec 2021 - 28 Feb 2022.
• A supplementary charge of £20 per room per night is required for Fridays, Saturdays and stays commencing between 10-14 & 17-21 Oct 2021; payable direct.
• Dec '21 - Feb '22:
• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Dec 2021 until Mon 28 Feb 2022, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Excludes 31 Dec 2021.

• Voucher must be booked by Fri 1 Oct 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights. 
• Check-in 2.30pm, late check-out 12noon.
• Stay in a Quay view double or twin room.
• Upgrades to suites are available; please discuss directly with the hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco each on arrival; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• No children permitted.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
