Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 15 Apr 2024 until Mon 30 Sep 2024, Mon-Fri 10am-8pm, Sat-Sun 10am-6pm; subject to availability. 
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 16 Sep 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for all ages. All under 18s must be supervised by a parent or guardian.
• Duration approx. 1hr 
• Bouldering shoe hire and chalk provided.
• Wear comfortable clothing you can move well in.
• Wheelchair access available. Activity may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
