Small print

• Voucher is valid until Sun 25 Mar 2018, 7 days, Mon - Fri 2pm - 7pm, Sat & Sun 3.30pm - 7pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 22 Dec 2017 – 8 Jan 2018.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 9 Mar 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple purchases permitted.
• Suitable for ages 2+.; ages 6 and under are not permitted unless accompanied on the activities by a parent or guardian or is a closed / segregated toddler session.
• Duration approx. 2 hrs; must be used in one session.
• Members must be registered to participate, undertaken the safety briefing & signed a waiver; under 18’s must have waiver signed by a parent or guardian.
• Max of 55 people per session.  
• Gripper socks included must be worn.
• Recommended clothing: long sleeves and trousers. Clothing should not have any hard or sharp points such as buckles, studs, toggles.
• Jewellery is not permitted when jumping.
• Long hair should be tied back.
• Not suitable for those who are pregnant, have pre-existing medical conditions including breathing, heart, back, neck, bone or muscle conditions.
• Max weight: 16 stone (101kg)
• Wheelchair access to reception area only.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
