• Voucher is valid until Sat 30 May 2020, valid Tue - Thur 10am - 6pm and Fri - Sat 9am - 2pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sundays, Mondays and 10 - 14 Apr 2020.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 May 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 18s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• BIOTEC facial is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding, for those with pacemakers, heart conditions, thrombosis, phlebitis, tumors or epilepsy.
• Elemis skin solution facial is unsuitable for those with epilepsy.
• Treatment may be suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission. A doctors letter will be required.
• Treatments cannot be performed if there are open wounds in the treatment area or those who have had fillers and botox within 2 weeks.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Option 1: Treatment duration approx. 30 mins.
• Options 2 - 4: Treatment duration approx 1hr.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
