• Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Apr until Sat 28 May 2022, Tue - Thu 9.30am - 8:30pm, Fri 9:30am - 6pm & Sat 9am - 5:30pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sun - Mon & 15 Apr 2022.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 13 May 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.
• Over 16's only. 
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 4 per group; subject to availability
• Treatment is suitable after your first trimester of pregnancy and for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Treatment duration: 25 mins or 45 mins.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• Wheelchair access available. Please note there are no disabled facilities.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
