• Voucher is valid from Fri 23 Jun 2023 until Fri 8 Sep 2023, Tue - Sat 11.30am - 4pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sun - Mon & 21-29 Jul 2023.
• Voucher must be booked at least 48hrs in advance and by Fri 1 Sep 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Telephone or email booking only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Max of 4 people per table.
• Afternoon tea from a set menu; subject to change.
• Vegetarian options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• No gluten / wheat free/ dairy free options available.
• Table required back after 1hour 30 mins.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted and classed as ages 0-10yrs.
• Advance booking required.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
