Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 31 Oct 2016 until Fri 31 Mar 2017, 7 days (Mon or Fri arrivals); subject to availability.
• Excludes 23 Dec 2016 - 2 Jan 2017.
• Supplement of £100 per stay during Feb half term holidays, 8 - 19 Feb 2016. 
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 3 Mar 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check in 4pm – 6pm, check out before 10am. 
• Valid for the log cabin only; 1 double bed, 2 single beds and 1 bunk bed.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; subject to availability, please discuss directly with Featherdown.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Log cabins include private gas-powered shower, flushing toilet, deckchairs (x2), outdoor cooker, starter pack candles, starter pack lamp oil, kitchen linen package, towels, cleaning, beds made, eggs from the chicken coop, cold running water, wood for heating and cooking.
• Children permitted; children counted in head count for property. Extra baby beds available, max 2 extra babies per cabin (babies are classed as up to 2 yrs); baby bed is £7.50 per night; payable directly to Featherdown.
• Pets are permitted at Warren, Midgham and Coach House for a supplementary charge of £4 per night; payable directly to Featherdown. Max of 2 pets. 
• Sorry, pets are not permitted at Hollings Hill.

• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
