• Voucher is valid from Sun 15 Mar 2020 until Fri 25 Sept 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £20 per room per night is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 11 Sept 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in from 3pm, check-out by 11am.
• Monarch Suite available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a bottle of Prosecco and handmade chocolates in room on arrival to share plus a 4 course dinner from table d’hôte menu with tea or coffee each; menu is subject to change. In-house specials may have a supplementary charge applied or may be excluded; please discuss at time of dining. Please note Prosecco is not permitted to be taken into the restaurant for dinner. Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options are available.

• Max of 2 children are permitted; under 2’s stay free, children 2–16yrs require a supplementary charge of £30 per night inc breakfast, all other meals charged as taken; payable directly to hotel.
• Max of 2 dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per dog per night; payable directly to hotel.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
