Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Aug 2021 until Sun 31 Oct 2021, Mon - Fri 11am - 8pm and Sat - Sun 10am - 7pm;  subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Oct 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Duration approx. 30 or 60 minutes.
• Max of 2 people per session; participants can bring non-flying guests to share their experience with.
• Suitable for all ages; under 14s must be accompanied by an adult.
• All customers in use of the simulator participate at their own risk.
• Please inform staff of any conditions or medical issue that you feel may be relevant. If you have any concerns regarding your health, please consult your doctor before using the simulator.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
