Small print

• Voucher is valid  from 29th April until 29th Oct 2015. 
• Vouchers are not valid for 17th-20th July, 24th & 25th Sept 2015. 
• Opening times: Tues-Sat 9am-5pm. 
• Consultations must be booked by 26th June 2015 or you risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• Consultation will last approx 1 hour. 
• Please allow a minimum period of two weeks between consultation date and wedding date. 
• Final finishing details will be discussed in consultation. 
• Flowers can be collected from studio or delivered for a small fee depending on mileage. Delivery is not included, please discuss with Lorraine Wood at time of booking. 
• Sorry, multiple voucher purchases are not permitted. Max of 1 voucher permitted per member. 
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• This item is non-refundable and we encourage you to check your goods upon receipt.
• Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer and cannot be exchanged for cash.
