Small print

  • Voucher is valid from Mon 22 May 2023 until Sun 6 Aug 2023; 7 days 9.30am - 5.30pm subject to availability. 
  • Excludes 10-11 Jun, 23-24 Jul 2023 and event days; these can be viewed on the main page of the website.
  • Voucher must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and by Fri 28 Jul 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
  • Email bookings only.
  • Voucher is non-refundable once booked; rescheduled dates will be permitted.
  • Suitable for under 12s only. Children older than 12 are permitted but will not be able to play. Toddler tickets are suitable for ages 6 months - 3 years. Child tickets are suitable for ages 3 - 12 years. At least one adult must accompany a child or toddler. Babies under 6 months admitted free as long as accompanied by an adult and a toddler or child ticket.
  • Adult entry includes a hot drink.
  • Duration approx. 1 hr 30 mins. 
  • Anti-slip socks are recommended; these can be purchased at the venue.
  • Wheelchair access available. 
  • Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
  • The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
  • The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
  • You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
  • Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
