• Voucher is valid from Tue 11 May 2021 until Tue 31 Aug 2021; Tue, Wed & Fri 9am - 6pm; Thu 9am - 8pm and Sat 8:30am - 5pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 
• Excludes Mon and Sun.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Aug 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.
• Over 16s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Back, neck and shoulder massage duration: approx. 30 minutes. Massage is not suitable during pregnancy. Please discuss any health concerns directly with the salon.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
