Small print

• Voucher is valid until 10th Dec 2012, 7 days a week; subject to availability.
• Opening times: Mon-Fri 10am-9pm, Sat 9am-7pm, Sun 10am-6pm. Limited weekend availability.
• Opening hours may be significantly extended throughout December. Members are advised to check Silverburn's website here for more details.
• Members can purchase additional photos for £4 (normally £5) - payable to Silverburn Snow Globe.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Advanced booking is not required, however, please bear in mind that the beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest.
• Vouchers will be taken on a first come, first served basis. You may be asked to return at a quieter time as space cannot be guaranteed.
• Experience will last between 5-10 mins.
• Members can also purchase additional items with £1 off including snowglobes, keyrings, magnets.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
