Small print

• Merchant City voucher is valid from Wed 1 Aug 2018 until Fri 23 Nov 2018, 7 days, 12noon, 1.45pm and 3.30pm; subject to availability. A supplementary charge of £5 per person is required for Saturday and Sunday bookings; payable directly to restaurant.
• Renfield Street voucher is valid from Wed 1 Aug 2018 until Fri 23 Nov 2018, Sun – Fri 12noon, 1.45pm and 3.30pm; subject to availability. A supplementary charge of £5 per person is required for Sunday bookings; payable directly to restaurant. Excludes Saturdays.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 9 Nov 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only; bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Max 4 vouchers per table.
• Afternoon tea only.
• Menu can be viewed here; subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Gluten free option carries a supplement of £5pp; payable directly to restaurant.
• A supplementary charge of 35p is required for takeaway boxes; payable directly to restaurant.
• Gin option includes a pot of Hendrick's cocktail choosing from the following: Floradora, Cucumber Cooler, Pink with Envy.
• Alcohol can be substituted for a soft drink.
• Table may be required back in 1hr 30mins.
• Wheelchair access available in Merchant City only.
• Children permitted.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption.  Please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
