Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 3 Oct 2022 until Wed 30 Nov 2022, Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sat - Sun.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Nov 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Option 1: Multiple voucher purchase permitted. Max of 2 per person. Option 2: Multiple voucher purchases not permitted. 
• Over 18s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Option 1: Includes a choice of 60 minute treatment and add on.
• Option 2: Includes a choice of 60 minute treatment, 30 minute treatment and add on each.
• Afternoon tea can be taken between 12noon and 4pm; menu is subject to change. Tables may be required back after 1hr 30mins. Max 1 vouchers per table. Please note groups are not permitted
• Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise restaurant at time of booking. A supplementary charge is required for the following: £5pp for gluten free options.
• Includes a G&T and 125ml glass of Prosecco .Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
